Meet Your Keynote

Sandy Stover
Sandy Stover is the CEO of Team Cadence Consulting, an Army Reserve officer, and a speaker dedicated to helping organizations build high-performing, purpose-driven teams. With decades of military service, Sandy started her journey as an enlisted Marine. Her leadership includes recent crises to include tornadoes, floods, ice storms, civil unrest, Southwest Border Mission, pandemic response, and the most challenging recruiting era in five decades. Sandy currently serves as a leadership instructor at the U.S. Command & General Staff College in the Army Reserves. Now an entrepreneur, she combines her military expertise and passion for resilience and trust to inspire and guide teams toward success.
