2023 Annual Dinner

Description

We look forward to celebrating the Cape Girardeau region and the many businesses that make our community great with you at Annual Dinner! Here's what you can expect for the evening:


Attire
As with previous Annual Dinner events, business professional/formal attire is suggested. 


Check In
We're skipping the dreaded check in lines by sending seating assignments ahead of the event! There is no need to have your ticket ready upon arrival. Just keep your table number at top of mind and help yourself to your table. If you need assistance, Cape Chamber Ambassadors will be available to help find your seat.

Seating
Seating assignments will be emailed to the individual who registered your seats by March 29, and again the morning of the event. Guests who received seating assignments by email should share with the other attendees they registered. Want to choose your seat this year? Enroll as a sponsor to be included in the table selection event scheduled for March 23!

(For example: Rob purchased a table for himself and 7 team members. Even though Rob provided the names of the team members attending, Rob is the only registrant at the table to receive the seating assignment. Rob is responsible for sharing the seating assignment with his team members.)

Not sure which table you're at? If you're needing guidance before the event, give us a call at 573-335-3312. If you're at the event and unsure of your seating, find an Ambassador in a green blazer with a clipboard near the main entrance for assistance.

(6) Full Bars will be available with two bartenders at each location
 - Credit/Debit/Cash will be accepted at (3) of the (6) with the other cash only
 - Tabs will not be available
 - Bar options include:
       Beer | Michelob Ultra, Coors Light, Yuengling, Corona | $4 
       Wine | Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Moscato, Malbec, Merlot | $6
       Liquor | Vodka, Rum, Gin, Bourbon, Scotch | $9 
       Mixers | Orange, Cranberry, & Pineapple Juices, Sweet & Sour, Grenadine, Water, Tonic Water, & Club Soda

Closing Comments

After Party
At the close of the annual dinner, pop over to Care to Learn's Woodstock 2023 event to dance the night away! Limited-After Party tickets for the evening can be purchased here for $60! We'll see you there!

* Please note: The Cape Chamber office will close at 3 p.m. on March 31st to prepare for Annual Dinner.
