2021 Annual Dinner

Description

We look forward to celebrating the Cape Girardeau region and the many businesses that make our community great with you at Annual Dinner! Here's what you can expect for the evening:


Attire
As with previous Annual Dinner events, business professional/formal attire is suggested. 


Check In
We're skipping the dreaded check in lines by sending seating assignments ahead of the event! There is no need to have your ticket ready upon arrival. Just keep your table number at top of mind and help yourself to your table. If you need assistance, Cape Chamber Ambassadors will be available to help find your seat.

Seating
Seating assignments will be emailed to the individual who registered your seats on Tuesday, October 19 and again the morning of the event. Guests who received seating assignments by email should share with the other attendees they registered. 

(For example: John purchased a table for himself and 7 team members. Even though John provided the names of the team members attending, John is the only registrant at the table to receive the seating assignment. John is responsible for sharing the seating assignment with his team members.)

Not sure which table you're at? If you're needing guidance before the event, give us a call at 573-335-3312. If you're at the event and unsure of your seating, find an Ambassador in a green blazer with a clipboard near the main entrance for assistance. 


Bars
BG's will have four bars available accepting cash and credit transactions.

• 2 North side bars (back of room) will be full bars open all evening
• 2 South side bars (front of room) will serve beer and wine only and will close when the program begins

Menu
Great Boars of Fire will serve the following meal:

Mixed green salad - Ranch and Italian dressings on the side
Beef burgundy
Garlic rub chicken breast
Red skin new potatoes with garlic butter sauce
Broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower with herb sauce
Dinner rolls
Butter patties
Assorted cobblers

* Please note: The Cape Chamber office will close at 4 p.m. on October 21 to prepare for Annual Dinner.
